About the role

We’re looking for a Mechanical engineer to help build the physical core of our wellbeing and performance platform. Fast iteration, direct communication, zero bureaucracy — if you care about health, longevity, and pushing human limits, you’ll feel right at home.

You’ll design and engineer our supplement dispenser machine and contribute to the development of other health and wellness devices that bring our platform into the real world. Your work will shape how people interact with nutrition and performance every day — from mechanical systems and internal architectures to polished, production-ready designs.

We want someone who lives in CAD, thinks in 3D, and ships real hardware fast. You care deeply about how things work, how they’re built, and how they scale — and you’re personally motivated by health, nutrition, sports, medicine, or human performance.

Responsibilities

  • Design and engineer the supplement dispenser machine from concept through production.
  • Contribute to the design of additional health and wellness devices.
  • Own CAD development, including 3D models, assemblies, and production-ready drawings.
  • Create clear 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate with electrical, firmware, IoT, and software teams to integrate motors, sensors, and electronics.
  • Develop mechanical systems and mechanisms with a strong focus on reliability, precision, and scalability.
  • Apply DFM/DFA and GD&T principles to ensure manufacturable, repeatable designs.
  • Build, test, and iterate on prototypes.
  • Support manufacturing handoff and production ramp-up.
  • Ensure designs meet applicable safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

What we're looking for

Must Have

  • Experience as a mechanical or design engineer working on physical products.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Creo, or equivalent).
  • Ability to design production-ready mechanisms and assemblies.
  • Solid understanding of DFM/DFA and GD&T.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
  • Personal interest in health, nutrition, wellness, or human performance.

Good to Have

  • Experience designing health, wellness, nutrition, or medical-adjacent devices.
  • Familiarity with connected or sensor-based hardware products.
  • Hands-on prototyping experience (3D printing, CNC).
  • Experience scaling products from prototype to mass production.
  • Startup or zero-to-one hardware experience.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible work arrangements
  • Professional development
  • Remote international team
  • Opportunity to deliver real results
