In short: you are charged when you place an order, through a secure PCI-compliant checkout. Subscriptions bill per delivery and can be cancelled anytime.
Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. The exact methods available to you are shown at checkout and may vary by country.
Currency and pricing
Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. The final amount, including any applicable currency conversion by your payment provider or bank, is confirmed on the checkout page before you pay.
When you are charged
- One-time orders are charged in full when the order is placed.
- Subscribe & Save orders are charged per delivery cycle at the discounted price shown when you subscribed. You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account before the next billing date.
Taxes and duties
Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout where applicable. For some international orders, customs duties or import fees may be charged by the carrier or local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility.
Payment security
Payments are processed through PCI DSS compliant providers. Your full card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Failed or declined payments
If a payment fails, you can retry with another method at checkout. For subscriptions, we will notify you and retry before pausing the subscription.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For eligibility and timelines, see our return & refund policy.
