Warranty policy

<strong>In short:</strong> every Agen device comes with a <strong>1-year warranty</strong> from the delivery date, with a free replacement policy for manufacturing defects.
What is covered
Agen Band, Agen Robot and other Agen-branded devices are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for <strong>12 months from the date of delivery</strong>. If a covered defect appears during this period, we will repair the device or replace it free of charge.
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid ingress beyond the device's rating, or unauthorized repair or modification.
- Normal wear and tear, including straps, seals and cosmetic wear.
- Consumables such as supplement capsules and cartridges (covered instead by our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">return & refund policy</a>).
- Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers.
How to make a claim
Contact our support team with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will guide you through basic troubleshooting first; if the defect is confirmed, we arrange the repair or replacement and cover the shipping for confirmed warranty cases.
