Are Standard and Premium available now?
Not yet. The software tiers are coming soon. Today, your Agen membership is a bundle subscription paired with the free app, which already covers tracking, insights and device sync. Join the notify list and we will let you know when Standard and Premium launch.
How does a bundle subscription work?
Each month your bundle tops up your Agen wallet with credits, plus bonus credits on top of the amount you load. You spend those credits across any Agen product: capsules, pre-made supplements, Saliva tests and hardware. You can pause or change your bundle whenever your needs shift.
Do I have to pay to use the app?
No. The Agen app is free, with no card required, and includes features other longevity apps charge for. A bundle subscription is optional and is how you order your personalised products each month.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. You can start free with manual tracking. Adding a Band, Ring or Robot makes the loop continuous and your protocol far more precise, and you can buy hardware with your bundle credits.
Is my health data private?
Your data is encrypted and never sold. On family bundles, each member keeps a separate, private profile. You stay in control of what you share and can export or delete your data at any time.
