How to use+
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with food. For additional immune support during seasonal stress: Take 2 capsules twice daily for 3–5 days. Probiotics should be taken at least 2 hours apart from antibiotic use. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Use Immune Support cautiously if the individual: Takes blood thinners (turmeric & garlic may increase bleeding risk) Has autoimmune disorders (echinacea may overstimulate immunity) Is pregnant or breastfeeding (consult doctor first) Has allergies to daisy-family plants (echinacea) Has GI sensitivity or reflux (garlic may irritate) Is taking antibiotics (probiotics should be spaced 2+ hours apart) Discontinue use if severe digestive discomfort or allergic reactions occur.
