How to use+
Adults: Vitamin D3 2000 IU (50 mcg), K2 100 mcg, and selenium 100 mcg daily with meals. Children (6–12 years): half adult dose. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: Vitamin D3 1000 IU, K2 90 mcg, selenium 60 mcg daily. Take with fat-containing food.
Safety & interactions+
K2 + D3 + Selenium combination is contraindicated in hypercalcemia, hypervitaminosis D, selenium toxicity, or in those on anticoagulants.
