How to use+
Adults: Take 1–2 capsules daily, with food. For sleep support: take 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Start with 1 capsule if new to 5-HTP. Do not exceed 200 mg at once unless advised by a healthcare professional.

Mood Balance (5-HTP) should not be used by individuals: Taking antidepressants (SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, tricyclics) Taking migraine medications such as triptans With bipolar disorder or a history of mania Pregnant or breastfeeding Use caution with sedatives, anti-anxiety medications, or other serotonin-boosting supplements. Avoid combining with St. John’s Wort.
