Data sharing opt-out

In short: email support@agen.com from the address linked to your account and we will opt you out of data sharing.
How to opt out
- Send an email to support@agen.com from the email address associated with your Agen account.
- Use the subject line "Data sharing opt-out".
- Tell us the scope of your request — for example, opting out of sharing with third parties, or a full data deletion request.
We will confirm your request by email and process it within 30 days.
Managing connected integrations
If you have connected third-party services to the Agen app, such as wearables or training platforms, you can disconnect any integration yourself at any time in the app. Disconnecting stops future data flow from that service.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data, including access, correction, portability and deletion, under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. These are described in our privacy policy. Opting out of data sharing does not close your account or delete your data; if you want deletion, say so in your request.
