In short: every Agen device comes with a 1-year warranty from the delivery date, with a free replacement policy for manufacturing defects.
What is covered
Agen Band, Agen Robot and other Agen-branded devices are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from the date of delivery. If a covered defect appears during this period, we will repair the device or replace it free of charge.
What is not covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, liquid ingress beyond the device's rating, or unauthorized repair or modification.
- Normal wear and tear, including straps, seals and cosmetic wear.
- Consumables such as supplement capsules and cartridges (covered instead by our return & refund policy).
- Devices purchased from unauthorized resellers.
How to make a claim
Contact our support team at support@agen.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will guide you through basic troubleshooting first; if the defect is confirmed, we arrange the repair or replacement and cover the shipping for confirmed warranty cases.

Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights and remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence. In particular, goods sold to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom carry a two-year legal guarantee of conformity.
