We collect information to provide our wellness and robotics services. This data falls into the following categories:
2.1 Personal Identity Information (PII)

2.3 Agen Robot & Environmental Data
If you use the Agen Robot in your home or office:

Mapping Data: LiDAR or visual mapping data used to create a map of your environment for navigation.

Sensor Data: Obstacle detection, drop sensors, and proximity readings.

No Video or Audio Collection: The Agen Robot uses sensors strictly for real-time navigation and operational safety. It does not record, collect, store, or transmit video streams, camera footage, or audio recordings to our servers or the cloud.
2.4 Device and Usage Data

Device Info: IP address, device model, operating system (iOS/Android), unique device identifiers (UDID/UUID), and crash logs.

Usage Logs: How you interact with our app, features used, and time spent.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data for the following specific purposes:

Service Delivery: To operate the Agen Robot, sync your wearables, and provide personalized wellness insights.

AI Training (Anonymized Only): We may use anonymized and de-identified data (data stripped of all personal identifiers) to train and improve our artificial intelligence models in the future. This anonymized data cannot be used to identify you.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (GDPR/PDPA)

8. HIPAA DISCLAIMER (For US Users)
Agen Com Pte Ltd is NOT a "Covered Entity" under HIPAA.
Unless we have explicitly entered into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with a healthcare provider regarding your specific data:

Our App and Services are consumer wellness products, not medical tools.

Any health information you input is protected under this Privacy Policy and applicable consumer privacy laws, not under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
