You don't need more time

You need a better dose of exercise — not a bigger one.

Most people quit cardio because it takes too long and feels like punishment. REHIT flips that. It's built on a simple finding: a few seconds of true, all-out effort trigger the adaptations that hours of steady jogging chase. So the bike works for the marathoner and the person who hasn't exercised in years — because the workout meets your body exactly where it is, automatically.

How a ride works

A complete workout, start to finish, in about nine minutes.

There's a short warm-up, two very hard sprints, and a cool-down. The hard part totals 40 seconds. That's the whole secret.

Step 01
Easy warm-up
A few relaxed minutes of gentle pedalling while the bike learns your baseline and readies the resistance.
~5 minutes
Step 02
Two 20-second sprints
Go all-out for 20 seconds, recover, then go again. The motor instantly sets the perfect resistance for your effort — no dials, no guessing.
2 × 20 seconds
Step 03
Cool down & done
Spin easy for a few minutes. Your Fitness Score updates, and you get on with your day. Three rides a week is the whole program.
~3 minutes

Why the AI matters: the resistance is calibrated to your maximum in real time. Beginners can't get it wrong, and the very fit can't coast — everyone gets a true all-out effort.

The science

The single number most tied to a long, healthy life — and how to move it.

Cardiorespiratory fitness, measured as VO₂max, is one of the strongest predictors of how long and how well you live. REHIT is designed to raise it in the least time possible.

Rides per week — about 27 minutes of exercise in total

Reference: Metcalfe et al., “Extremely short duration interval exercise improves 24-h glycaemia,” and Ruffino et al., Int. J. Environ. Res. Public Health (2019), which found eight weeks of REHIT produced greater gains in cardiorespiratory fitness than time-matched moderate-intensity continuous training. Individual results vary. Questions

Good to know.

Is nine minutes really enough?
The effort matters more than the duration. Two genuine all-out sprints deliver a powerful stimulus for cardiorespiratory fitness. In a 2019 peer-reviewed study, eight weeks of REHIT improved fitness more than time-matched moderate cardio. It complements a normal active life — it doesn't replace movement, strength work or sleep.
Do I need to be fit to start?
No. The AI sets resistance relative to your own maximum, so “all-out” means all-out for you. Beginners, returners and seasoned athletes all get an appropriately hard sprint. As always, check with your doctor before starting a new high-intensity program.
How loud is it?
The magnetic, friction-free drive is near-silent — quiet enough for an apartment, an early morning, or a room next to a sleeping child.
How much space does it need?
The footprint is 45.5″ × 22″. Allow roughly 45.5″ × 45.5″ of clear space to ride comfortably. It fits a spare corner rather than a home gym.
What about the membership?
The AI-controlled resistance and progression tracking run through a CAROL membership ($19.99/mo for the home plan, up to 8 riders). It's what personalizes every ride and keeps your Fitness Score improving.
Warranty and returns?
Every bike comes with a 100-day home trial, plus a 5-year frame warranty and 1-year parts warranty. Full terms are shown at checkout.
