By invitation
I'll run your protocol myself.
You were one of the first people to build a longevity routine with Agen — so I'd like to do something I'm keeping very personal. I'll manage your whole protocol, with my team of specialists behind me: your supplements, your training, the therapies worth your time and the tests worth taking. Tuned to your data, and reviewed with you as you go.
- Completely complimentary. There is nothing to buy — not now, not later.
- Eight questions, about three minutes. Then fifteen minutes with me.
Founder & CEO, Agen
What I'll actually manage.
Four things. I'd rather run four of them properly than twelve of them loosely.
Your supplement protocol
The exact formula for your Agen Robot — or a plain shopping list if you don't have one. Dose, timing, and what to drop because it isn't earning its place.
Your training
A week that fits your calendar and your recovery rather than a template: what to do, how hard, and when to back off. Built around the equipment you actually have.
The therapies worth your time
Sauna, cold, light, breathwork, whatever you have access to — sequenced into the week, or honestly ruled out. Longevity is full of expensive things that do very little.
The tests worth taking
A short list of markers to ask your doctor for, and what I'd watch as they move. You keep the results; we read them together.
Then we review it — every quarter, or any time your data does something interesting.
My team are longevity specialists, not physicians. Nothing here or on our call is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Anything clinical stays with your doctor — I'll happily write down the questions worth asking them.
Eight questions.
The more precise you are here, the more those fifteen minutes are worth — I'll have read every answer before we speak. Only your name and email are needed; skip anything you'd rather say out loud.
Then, fifteen minutes.
Short on purpose. It's a conversation, not a consultation — and there's nothing to buy at the end of it.
- I'll have read your answers before we start.
- We go through your protocol, your training, and what's worth testing.
- If something we make isn't right for you, I'll say so.
- Your written plan follows within the week.
Pick your fifteen minutes
My live availability, straight from my calendar. It loads only when you ask for it.
The obvious questions.
Why is this free? What's the catch?
There isn't one. You were among the first people to trust Agen, and what I learn running protocols by hand becomes the specification for the coach we're building into the app. That trade is worth far more to me than a fee — so there is no fee, and nothing to buy at any point.
Do I need to own Agen hardware?
No. I work with whatever you already own — any wearable, any gym, any supplements, including none of ours. If something we make would genuinely help, I'll say it once and it stays entirely optional.
Who sees my answers?
Me, and the specialist I bring in for your protocol. Your answers are not sold, shared or used for advertising, and you can ask me to delete them at any time. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
Is any of this medical advice?
No. We're longevity specialists, not physicians, and nothing here diagnoses, treats or replaces care from your doctor. I'll suggest habits worth trying and tests worth asking for — decisions about medication and diagnosis stay between you and your physician.
How long does this go on for?
For as long as it's useful to you. Expect a written plan within the week, a review every quarter, and a direct line to me in between.
What if I'd rather just talk?
Then book the call and skip the questions entirely. The form only exists so we don't spend our fifteen minutes on admin.
I'd genuinely like to run this with you.
Answer the eight questions, pick fifteen minutes, and I'll take it from there.
